The Export Department is looking for

International Business Development Manager

MAIN TASKS:

Initiate conversations with existing and potential clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Recognize client requirements and recommend appropriate products and services
Professionally present the TELL solutions at meetings and exhibitions to decision-makers
Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients
Proactively pinpoint and seize new business opportunities in the market
Schedule meetings or calls with prospective clients and our team members, as required
Keep abreast with market trends, competitors, and emerging products and services

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Hungarian
Fluent German and English language skills
Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, preferably in selling security, smart home products and/or services
A degree in Economics/Business/Marketing/Engineering
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic, problem-solving, and responsible thinking
Willingness to travel to meet clients and to visit exhibitions
Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling
Proven track record in generating sales leads
Proficiency with Google Docs / MS Office products and the sales tools mentioned above
