Discontinued products

Technical support for discontinued products

For TELL products that have been discontinued and whose warranty period has expired, we are unable to provide mandatory technical support — due to limited spare part availability, development capacity and technological support constraints.

This means that for these products:

• no new updates are released,
• we cannot provide technical assistance,
• we do not undertake repairs or provide a replacement device,
• and we cannot guarantee their continued operation in a changing technological environment (e.g. network migration, new standards).

Important: Warranty naturally still applies to products purchased within the warranty period (2 years from the date of purchase).
