Technical Support for Discontinued Products
For previously manufactured TELL products that are now discontinued and out of warranty, TELL does not provide mandatory technical support, due to limited availability of spare parts, development capacity, and technological support.
This means that for these products:
- no new updates are released,
- technical assistance is no longer available,
- we do not offer repairs or replacement devices,
- and we cannot guarantee continued functionality in a changing technological environment (e.g., network transitions, new standards).
Important: Products still under warranty (within 2 years from the date of purchase) remain fully covered by our warranty policy.
